Rulles conserning skills and abbilaties,
1. no abbillaties like super nova (that sends a methoer to destroy the planet) -_-"
2. (see 1) that means no OVERPOWERED abilaties.
3. Abilities Skills must been related 2 your element.
4. you may only have 4 abilaties MAX, and 5 skills MAX if there are more the last one's will be deleted.
5. no running inot a room with your ÜBERsuperpownagemachiengun (or any other weapon) and killing everyone's char this will get you BANED permanently !!!!!!
6. everyone starts in heaven exept for mutants they start in anoxia
